My girl kora started limping one day and when I called the vet to explain the situation and book a weekend/evening they seemed to think it couldn’t wait and that she should be seen that day. I was working and unable to make a day appointment work.
I messaged Maisie and she was quick to respond and jumped right collecting all the pertinent information To bring kora to the vet. Maisie provides such a great and useful service for my and my fur family, we highly recommender her!
Maisie watched my pups for an extra-long weekend and they were SO happy to
be with her and her pack. They got to go to the park, hang out with other dogs, bake (!) and they were smiling in every picture Maisie sent.

I met Maisie at Mutttock in 2021. I chatted with her and learned about
her boarding and pet services. I got her contact information thinking
that I might have her look after my dog Perla sometime just to get to
know her. That never happened until she saved my life. I had a situation
arise with my brother's health that necessitated my being away from home
for long hours. I contacted Maisie to see if she could take Perla on short notice having never looked after her before. This is not her preferred way of getting to know dogs and clients but she understood my predicament and agreed. She is amazing! I got updates and photos everyday. The peace of mind that I had knowing that Perla was being cared for by someone so loving was immeasurable. Perla was there for 3 weeks. I actually worried that Perla might not want to come home! I cannot recommend Maisie highly enough.

10/10 for Next to Nature Pet and Home co! I have a very needy, clingy, and cuddly Pitbull/Lab mix so finding someone that would treat her as their own can be hard. The first time I left my dog Harley with Maisie, I got a photo about an hour later of them cuddled up. Harley actually gets excited when I mention she's going to see Maisie and her pups. Harley typically gets stressed and won't eat when I'm away but somehow Maisie calmed her down and got her to eat while I was on holiday. I feel extra secure taking Harley to Maisie because she has a lot of knowledge about dogs and their behaviour. Thanks again, Maisie! 🥰
Maisie really goes above and beyond when it comes to my two dogs. She is accommodating to our older dogs reactivity issues and has helped us introduce him properly to other dogs. I am at peace knowing my puppies are so well taken care of while we are out of town. Dogs really get one to one attention with Maisie and she is SO much better than any of the boarding facilities we’ve tried. I 100% recommend Maisie to anyone looking for dog walking/pet sitting. She is fantastic! She even helped us introduce our two dogs when we got a brand new puppy.

Maisie was phenomenal when she watched our pets. I was in a pinch and she was able to make it work to do the house visits. I am forever grateful. She took our dog for walks, played with him, made sure he had all he needed and when I got home they both seemed exactly how they normally are. she also sent update photos and kept me updated/asked questions if she was unsure of anything. I would definitely recommend her!

Maisie takes care of my samoyed, Prompto like he’s been part of her family this whole time! Carefully timed walks and attention to his needs and my requests. Communication and updates are plentiful and leaves me not worrying at all while I’m on my trips. Prompto is so excited to stay with Maisie and has made friends with her dog, fish, and his favorite, the cat. I trust her completely and would not want to go to anyone else now that I’ve experienced her service!

She walks my girls regularly and I love when she does! I always get update pictures which is such a joy while I’m stuck at work! I know I can trust her 100% with my Akita, she knows her quirks and let’s me know right away if she’s acting up (Akita-tude 🤷🏻♀️) and doesn’t force my girls to do anything (ie, my mix breed is TERRIFIED of thunder and a thunder storm snuck up on them at the park and she brought them home and let me know what happened ❤️) there’s not many dog walkers out there who put that much care and consideration into the dogs she walks!
